I have been a member of Live from 205 since my sophomore year. While I started out as an editor reporting had always intrigued me. I would ask from small reporting assignments when I didn't have any editing work to do and even though the producers were reluctant to give reporting work to an editor I persisted. I slowly moved on to bigger and bigger assignments and eventually at the end of my junior year I was doing full stories for 205. I am extremely happy and proud that I had a goal for myself as a sophomore and through lots of dedication, persistence and hard work I was able to become Live from 205's lead reporter.
