Chris Seide graduated from Palos Verdes High School in 2005, making him part of the first graduating class since the school's re-opening. Four years ago, Chris and his friend, Bob Grace, developed the concept of having a live television news broadcast for the faculty, staff and students of PVHS. Over the summer of their sophomore year, they developed a plan, constructed a set, and organized a control room that became "Live From 205." He helped recruit crew and talent to create a strong backbone of individuals that comprise Live From 205 today! During his three years of helping to run Live From 205, Chris held the role of show director. This job entailed managing, directing, and organizing all aspects of the live production that aired twice a week. Today, Chris attends the University of California, Irvine where he is pursuing a double major in economics and crimonology, law, and society with a minor in management. Chris has a job with the UCI police department and is pursuing his life long interest of recording voice overs, promos, and commercials for a radio station, 88.9 FM KUCI. In his offtime, Chris enjoy's video editing, guns, running, weight lifiting, hanging out with friends and exploring new places. Chris also enjoys coming back to Palos Verdes and spending time with family and friends. Overall, Chris is thankful for the 205 family that he bonded wiith over the past three years and considers himself incredibly lucky to have worked with 18 of the best and most talented people on earth! Chris looks forward to watching Live From 205 for many years to come. He can't wait for the day until his own kids will have the chance to be part of the "999 other" future 205'ers that will make the show even better!
